Oatmeal Raisin Chocolate Chip Cookies

Gluten free. No sugar added.


Here is an easy recipe for those looking for a really tasty cookie. It’s gluten free, has no refined sugar (except in the brand of chocolate chips you may use) and is nice and chewy!


Ingredients:


2 ripe bananas, mashed

2 eggs, organic

1/2 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp vanilla extract

3/4 cup almond flour

1 & 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 tsp baking soda

1/2 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 cup raisins

1/2 cup chopped chocolate or chocolate chips


Instructions:


  1. Mix all wet ingredients

  2. Add in dry ingredients and mix well

  3. Bake for 15-20 min at 180 deg C

  4. Let cool for 10 min

  5. I store all my baked goods in the freezer directly from the oven to keep in moisture.

  6. Enjoy!
